George Lucas

Bio: George Lucas is best known for his creation of the well received Star Wars movies. He also established Industrial Light & Magic aka ILM a special effects company that he created to meet the technical needs of the Star Wars films, as there were no such special effects at the time. Lucas created the THX System, which is a driving force in surround sound technology. Lucas also was involved in the successful Indiana Jones series staring Harrison Ford. George Lucas is a visionary, and a driving creative force in both the film and technology industries.
